When cooling tower water contains suspended solids or has a higher fouling risk, choosing the right cooling tower fill can make a significant difference to long-term operation. Our Splash Grid Fill provides an open structure designed for these demanding applications.

Open Structure for Better Flow Passage

The 20mm pitch and 90° structure create relatively open passages for water and air. This makes the fill a practical option where blockage and fouling are concerns.

Flexible Size and Material Options

The standard size is 750mm width × 1600mm length, with customized length and thickness available. PVC, CPVC, and PP materials can be selected according to water temperature and chemical conditions.

When Is Splash Grid Fill Worth Considering?

It can be considered for cooling towers handling water with suspended solids, higher fouling potential, or applications where maintaining open flow passages is important.
