Our Cross Flow Cooling Tower Fill is designed for cross-flow cooling towers used in HVAC, industrial manufacturing, chemical processing, power generation, and other cooling systems. It is suitable for both new cooling tower installations and cooling tower fill replacement projects.

Multiple Sizes for Different Cooling Tower Designs

Standard widths include 960mm, 1060mm, 1160mm, 1260mm, and 1360mm. Length and thickness can be customized according to the tower dimensions, installation space, and project requirements.

This flexible sizing makes the fill suitable for different cross-flow tower configurations and retrofit projects where existing dimensions must be matched without unnecessary tower modification.

Corrugated Structure for Efficient Heat Transfer

The fill uses a corrugated surface structure to distribute circulating water into a thin, continuous film while maintaining effective air-water contact. The standard 16.5mm pitch and 5.5° angle provide a balanced flow path for water distribution and airflow.

A properly matched fill structure helps reduce uneven water distribution, water channeling, and poor contact between air and water, supporting stable cooling performance during continuous operation.

PVC, CPVC and PP Material Options

Different cooling tower applications require different materials. We offer PVC, CPVC, and PP cooling tower fill options for different water temperatures, chemical conditions, and operating environments.

  • PVC: Suitable for conventional cooling water systems and general industrial applications.
  • CPVC: Suitable for applications requiring improved temperature and chemical resistance.
  • PP: Suitable for higher-temperature and more chemically demanding cooling environments.
